Didn't some of the greatest artists & inventors do some of their best work during their madness?
I'm sorry you're having a difficult time. Hopefully the road ahead with have less bumps & potholes.

I wrote a research paper on Bipolar Disorder and Creativity--mostly, because it hit so close to home. Kay Redfield Jamison's book -Touched by Fire--really touches upon almost every aspect of those people who are a manic-depressive and have been highly creative. Interesting stuff.
